Tell Bank of America: The Wards Won’t Go

Dear Bank of America,

Occupy Birmingham and brave homeowners around the country are coming together to say, “Enough is enough.” We, the 99%, are standing up to Wall Street banks and demanding they negotiate with homeowners instead of foreclosing on them.

I strongly oppose the foreclosure of Maurita and Steven Ward’s home.  I strive for a better society in which companies are agile enough to recognize unique and abnormal situations and respond morally and ethically.   This is unjust and a major departure from the principles on which our nation was built.

Bank of America should immediately cease its foreclosure actions and seek a reasonable negotiation with the Wards.
