The education committee seeks to bring information on the occupy movement and related key issues and developments to the members of OccupyBirmingham and the community at large with special emphasis on situations in Birmingham and Alabama.  Its goal is to create an informed membership and local citizenry that can better address  these matters.  This information is presented through regular education sessions that feature discussion of critical local issues through distribution via the OccupyBirmingham website and other social media.
